Summary: Great hotel, excellent service and food, very nice rooms. Unfortunately the pool bed reservation issue is ongoing for years. And 7:30am 80% of the pool beds are reserved with towels and most if it not used until 2pm. This is a typical “german” behavior but the hotel seems to be ok with it - unfortunately. Other hotels have clear rules about this.
